- How/when is my package shipped? Orders are shipped from Austintown, Ohio via USPS. Once we finish your order we ship asap. ALLOW UP TO 6 WEEKS to receive your order because everything is custom made with your size and color of choice!
- Can I change/cancel my order? Please contact us within 72 hours upon placing your order should you decide to cancel. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.
- Can I return/exchange my order? We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to the customization of our products.
- What size should I order? Our products are unisex sizing and fit true to size
- Can I send my order as a gift? Yes! During checkout, please provide the recipient’s address and name. If you would like to include a gift message, please include it in the notes section of your order.
- Do you do collaborations/wholesale? Please contact us directly for inquiries and include your business’ socials/information.
